That's a really good point! At first when I was writing this, I had taken into account everything I had learned and wanted to put as much info as possible. I felt that the more I knew, the more I could share and talk about the benefits of being a digital minimalist. Cal Newport's Digital Minimalism book actually talks about a bunch of these points that I mentioned, and even though it's over 300 pages, it provides plenty of tips on how we can overcome the digital addiction that we have as well as provide examples on how this has affected other people.

Information minimalism is definitely something that I think can apply to how we learn new concepts. For example, it's always good to first understand the main idea or the root of something before diving into the details. When you're given too much information that seems to be all over the place, it can be hard to follow.
